1. Acceptance

By accessing Balauron or creating an account, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under mandatory Romanian or EU law.

2. What Balauron is — and what it is not

Balauron is an analytics surface. It reads public market data, lets you record directional calls, timestamps them server-side, and scores them against where the market actually closed.

Balauron is not a broker, an exchange, a wallet, a custodian, a payment service, or a betting operator. Specifically, and permanently:

• it holds no funds and no private keys
• it places, routes and executes no orders
• it accepts no deposits and makes no payouts
• it offers no financial, investment, legal or tax advice

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 16 to hold an account. Registration is currently invite-only.

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything done through your account. Give accurate registration details and keep your email address current — it is how we reach you. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

One person, one account. Do not share, sell, or transfer your account.

4. Acceptable use

Do not:

• scrape, mirror, or systematically extract data from the service, or place automated load on it beyond ordinary use
• attempt to gain access to accounts, systems or data that are not yours
• interfere with the integrity of the leaderboards, including operating multiple accounts to manipulate rank
• upload or post unlawful, abusive, or infringing content
• misrepresent Balauron's output as financial advice, or as a solicitation to trade

We may suspend or close accounts that breach this section.

5. Your calls and content

You keep ownership of what you create. By posting a comment or logging a call you grant us the licence needed to store, display and process it in order to run the service — including aggregating your calls into scores, statistics and leaderboards.

A logged call is immutable by design. The timestamp is applied by our server, not your browser, and once a market resolves the call cannot be edited or withdrawn. That is the entire basis on which the scoring means anything; if you want a call gone, you delete your account.

6. Availability and accuracy

The service is provided as-is and as-available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it.

Market data comes from third-party venues. It may be delayed, incomplete, or simply wrong, and we do not warrant its accuracy. Scores, probabilities and statistics are computed from that data and inherit its limitations.

7. No financial advice

Nothing on Balauron is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell anything. Any decision you take on the basis of what you see here is yours alone. Read the Risk Disclaimer — it is short, and it is the part of these terms most people need.

8. Intellectual property

Balauron's name, interface, written content, and the analytics it produces belong to us. Third-party market data belongs to the venues it comes from. What you may and may not reuse is set out in the License.

9. Paid plans

Balauron is free to use today. No part of the service is paid, and we collect no payment details.

The terms in this section take effect only if and when paid plans launch, and we will tell registered members before that happens:

• Prices will be shown inclusive of applicable taxes before you commit.
• As a consumer in the EU you would have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Where you ask for immediate access to digital content, you would be asked to acknowledge that this withdrawal right lapses once performance begins.
• Disputes could be referred to the Romanian consumer protection authority, ANPC (anpc.ro), or through the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

Until paid plans exist, this section imposes no obligation on either of us.

10. Suspension and termination

You may delete your account at any time from your settings; it takes effect immediately.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if keeping the account open would put the service or other users at risk. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why.

11. Liability

Balauron is provided free of charge and holds none of your money. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or decisions you took after reading anything on this site.

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your mandatory rights as a consumer.

12. Governing law, language and changes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes fall to the competent Romanian courts. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country and may bring proceedings there. There is no arbitration clause — you are not giving up access to a court.

These terms are published in several languages for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the English version prevails.
