Balauron is operated by a private individual and not by a registered company. There is accordingly no trade register number, no fiscal identification code (CUI), and no VAT registration, and none is claimed. The service is offered free of charge and processes no payments.

If that changes — that is, if Balauron begins charging for anything — this page will carry full entity details before the first payment is taken.

Email is the fastest and the only reliable route. We read everything sent there, including complaints and legal notices.

3. What this service does

Balauron is a read-only market-intelligence service. It aggregates publicly available data from prediction markets and crypto venues, records timestamped directional calls made by its users, and scores those calls against how the market subsequently settled.

It is not a broker, exchange, wallet, custodian, payment institution or gambling operator. It holds no client funds, executes no transactions, and provides no financial advice. See the Risk Disclaimer and the Terms & Conditions.

4. Supervisory authorities and dispute resolution

Data protection. For complaints about how Balauron handles personal data, the competent authority is the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), dataprotection.ro. You may also complain to the authority in your own EU country of residence.

Consumer matters. Balauron currently sells nothing, so consumer-contract law has little to bite on. Should paid plans launch, the competent authority would be the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC), anpc.ro, and disputes could also be raised through the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
