1. What Balauron owns

The Balauron name and dragon mark, the interface and its design, the written content on this site including blog posts, and the analytics we compute — edge-vs-close figures, skill scores, calibration statistics and leaderboard rankings — are our intellectual property.

The underlying market data is not ours. See section 4.

2. What you may do

Without asking, you may:

• quote a reasonable extract of a blog post or an analytics figure for commentary, journalism, research, teaching or criticism
• screenshot a chart or leaderboard and share it
• link to any public page here

When you do, please attribute it to Balauron and link back to the page you took it from. Attribution is not a formality: a probability or a skill score without its source and its date is close to meaningless, and stripping that context is how good numbers turn into bad claims.

3. What you may not do

Without written permission, you may not:

• republish our written content in full, or in substantial part
• scrape, mirror or systematically harvest the site, or build a dataset or derived product from bulk-extracted Balauron data
• redistribute our analytics as a feed, an API, or a commercial data product
• present our output as your own, or as anyone's financial advice
• use the Balauron name or mark in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation

4. Third-party market data

Balauron displays public market data read from Polymarket and Binance. That data belongs to those venues and remains subject to their own terms of use and licensing.

We display it for analysis and commentary. We do not redistribute the raw feeds: there is no public Balauron API serving upstream market data, no bulk export of it, and no mirror of it. What we publish is our own analysis layered on top, plus the minimum context needed to make that analysis intelligible.

If you want the underlying data, get it from the venue. If you are one of those venues and consider our use of your data to exceed what your terms permit, contact us and we will engage seriously and quickly.

5. Open-source components

Balauron is built on open-source software, including .NET, Next.js, React, PostgreSQL, Redis and many smaller libraries, each licensed by its own authors under its own terms — most commonly MIT, Apache 2.0 or BSD.

Those licences govern those components, not this site's content, and nothing on this page restricts any right you have under them. A list of components and their licences is available on request.

6. Trademarks

Polymarket, Binance, and any other third-party names or marks appearing on Balauron belong to their respective owners. They are used for identification and attribution only, and their appearance here does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, partnership or affiliation in either direction.
